Integration between Ongoing WMS and Shopify

Step 1: Installing the Ongoing WMS App from Shopify App Store
- Open the Shopify App Store and search for "Ongoing WMS".
- Click on the "Install" button to initiate the installation process.
- If you are not logged in to your Shopify account, you will be prompted to do so.
- After logging in, you will be redirected to the Ongoing WMS landing page for the integration.
Step 2: Configuring the Integration Settings
- On the Ongoing WMS landing page, enter the domain name of your Ongoing WMS system.
- Provide your username (either as a customer account or as an administrator if you run your own warehouse).
- Click on the "Login" button to proceed to the integration settings.
- Select the Shopify Goods owner (your account at the 3PLs) from the dropdown list.
- Choose the location for your Shopify web shop.
- Determine the order and fulfillment statuses that you want to fetch from Shopify.
- Decide whether you want the status updates to be automatic or manual.
- If needed, connect additional Shopify apps supported by Ongoing WMS.
- Click on the "Create" button to save the settings.
Step 3: Retrieving Data and Managing Integration
- Wait for the data to be retrieved, which usually occurs every 15 minutes (default setting).
- Once the data is retrieved, you can access it from the warehouse and articles sections in Ongoing WMS.
- The retrieved data will include product details, suppliers, and order information.
- You can also access and modify the integration settings by going to Integrations and Emails under System.
