My Low Budget TikTok Ads Dropshipping Guide (Easy)
Today, I'll be sharing my low-budget TikTok ad strategy that has helped me generate $100K per month. This strategy is beginner-friendly and ideal for those looking to scale their dropshipping stores. Just follow each step and try it out for yourself.
Setting Up Your TikTok Ads
- Log into your Shopify account and navigate to the TikTok app in your sales channels.
- Install the app and connect your ad account and pixel.
- Go to ads.tiktok.com and click on "create" to start creating your ads.
- Choose the custom mode and select "website conversions" as the objective.
- Name your campaign, for example, "Hand Grippers Test CBO," and toggle on campaign budget optimization (CBO).
- Set your budget to $50 USD per day.
- Proceed to the ad group settings and leave the name as default.
- Select your TikTok pixel and choose "complete payment" as the optimization event.
- Make sure to only run ads on TikTok and uncheck any other placements.
- Enable comments to boost engagement and leave the creative type as "automated creative optimization."
- Specify your target country, language, gender (consider targeting all genders), and age (18+).
- Schedule your ads to start at midnight the next day.
- Upload your videos and add compelling text and a call-to-action.
- Submit your ads and wait for them to be scheduled.
Analyzing and Scaling Your Ads
- Duplicate your ad group four times to have a total of five identical ad groups.
- Schedule each ad group for the same time as the original ad group.
- Once your campaign is live, go to "custom columns" and add the following metrics: complete payment total, complete payment cost, complete payment total value, and complete payment row ads.
- Rearrange the columns to have total cost, total complete payments, cost per complete payment, complete payment row ads, and complete payment total value in order.
- Calculate your break-even point by subtracting the cost of goods from your selling price. This will help you determine whether you're profitable or not.
- Calculate your break-even return on ad spend (ROAS) by dividing your selling price by your break-even point. Anything above the break-even ROAS is profitable.
- Analyze the data to see which ad groups are generating the most purchases and driving a positive ROAS.
- Make informed decisions on whether to scale up or scale down based on the performance of each ad group.
By following this low-budget TikTok ad strategy and analyzing your ads effectively, you can scale your dropshipping store and potentially achieve six-figure earnings.
