TikTok's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

TikTok is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world by inspiring creativity and bringing joy. In collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF), a leading nonprofit organization, we aim to celebrate the diversity within our community, amplify their voices, and acknowledge their efforts in creating a more tolerant world. To promote diversity and inclusion, we have launched the global hashtag challenge #AllTheDifference during WEF's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. As global leaders gather in Davos to discuss inclusive societies, TikTok users from over 75 countries are encouraged to participate in the challenge and celebrate inclusion and diversity. The challenge will run from January 21 to January 27, providing users with an opportunity to showcase their uniqueness, reject labels, and contribute to a more inclusive and diverse world. To facilitate self-expression, a special "I say" sticker is available for users to bravely and creatively express themselves. Join us in this movement and let's redefine leadership, work, truth, advice, inspiration, job, career, kindness, empathy, and mindset. TikTok creators are already sharing their personal stories using the hashtags #allthedifference, #antibullying, #selflove, and more.
