We've recently started a series where we buy things that TikTok ads recommend so you don't have to. I almost got my head chopped off, but today we're looking at this cool fire humidifier thing. Essentially, it's a humidifier with an LED light that glows like a flame in the dark.
We forgot to screen record the original ad that we saw it in, but the one we got is from a company called Humid Blaze. However, I've seen the exact same product advertised by a few different companies. Quick side note: this thing is all over AliExpress, so I'm definitely getting some drop shipping vibes.
While it does feel kind of plasticky and isn’t very intuitive to put together, the effect is pretty cool. I struggled a bit, feeling like a sea otter trying to crack a shell open, but in the end, it does look like a little flame.
I even FaceTimed my parents to show them, and they liked it, although they’re not on TikTok. Overall, it's decent, but it's definitely not worth the amount we paid for it.
