David Bowie's Music Now Available on TikTok

On what would have been his 74th birthday, we are excited to announce that the music of David Bowie is now available on TikTok. In partnership with Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and The David Bowie estate, a TikTok account has been launched in Bowie's memory. This allows fans to access his music catalogue and enjoy iconic videos from his life and work spanning over five decades.

Some of Bowie's most popular tracks, including "Heroes," "Space Oddity," "Let's Dance," "Fame," "Rebel Rebel," "Life on Mars?," and "Ashes To Ashes," are now featured in a dedicated playlist on the TikTok Sounds page. To commemorate the fifth anniversary of his passing on January 10th, the TikTok community will participate in the #TheStarman hashtag challenge. Users will come together to celebrate Bowie's life and work by recreating his iconic looks throughout the years, using his track "Starman" as inspiration.

David Bowie was a pioneer in both music and fashion, and he remains a cultural icon. He fearlessly pushed boundaries and embraced new technology to connect with his global fan base. This collaboration with TikTok allows a new generation of fans to discover and appreciate his artistry.
