TikTok Partners with Creators and Non-Profit Organizations for #GivingSzn

TikTok believes in making a positive impact on the world and is committed to supporting its community. To kick off #GivingSzn, TikTok is donating $3 million in funds and$ 1 million in advertising credits to various non-profit organizations that align with causes the community cares about. These organizations focus on animal welfare, social justice, world hunger, and the environment. The funds provided by TikTok will help raise awareness for these causes and develop educational programs.

The #GivingSzn programming begins with a TikTok LIVE stream fundraiser hosted by Charli D'Amelio, who recently reached 100 million followers on TikTok. To celebrate this milestone, TikTok partnered with Charli on the "Charli D'Amelio Dance Grant" and donated $100,000 to the American Dance Movement. During the LIVE stream, Charli will announce the local ADM community programs that will receive the grant and encourage viewers to donate through the LIVE donation sticker.

TikTok is also introducing donation links in profiles, allowing users to raise funds for causes and charities directly from their TikTok profiles. Once a donation link is added, the organization's name will be featured below the user's bio, and viewers can easily make a donation.

Throughout the month, TikTok will feature #GivingSzn LIVE programming on the Discover page. Creators and artists will collaborate with non-profit organizations to raise awareness and funds for causes they are passionate about. From Charli D'Amelio's fundraiser for the American Dance Movement to Cyndi Lauper's variety show supporting True Colors United, and Aly & AJ's performance benefiting The Jed Foundation, #GivingSzn aims to bring the community together, spread positivity, and make a difference.
