Introducing the Q&A Feature on TikTok

The new Q&A feature has been introduced on TikTok to enhance engagement and connection between viewers and creators. This feature allows users to ask questions and receive answers directly from creators. When uploading a video or going live, viewers can designate their comments as Q&A questions, making it easier for creators to identify and respond to these questions.

Creators can answer questions through comment responses or video replies, and Q&A comments can be added as stickers in responses. The new video will link back to the original where the question was asked. Additionally, a Q&A profile link will be added to creators' bios, leading to a separate Q&A page where all questions and answers are aggregated. Users can browse previous questions and submit new ones directly from this page.

The Q&A feature is also available during live streams, allowing creators to quickly see and respond to Q&A questions. To access this feature, users need to have a Creator Account and can activate Q&A in their settings.
