The program aims to empower Black small business owners to rebuild and grow stronger. TikTok is committed to supporting and elevating diverse voices and businesses on its platform, partnering with Talent x Opportunity (TxO) to provide trainings, marketing opportunities, and in-app creator showcases. Black-owned businesses that meet the eligibility criteria are invited to apply for the program.
