Small businesses are recognizing the critical role of digital platforms, including TikTok, in reaching customers and growing their businesses. A recent study reveals that 67% of surveyed SMBs express optimism about their growth potential on TikTok. Many small businesses credit TikTok for helping them establish and expand their ventures, with 81% finding it fun and 73% considering it easy to use. The report suggests reaching out to other small businesses already on TikTok to learn about their experiences. TikTok is committed to empowering more small businesses and has launched education programs and a Small Business Resource Center.
